PEPPERMINT is definitely in my top 5 most used oils. I would say we use it everyday if not every other day. I’ve placed the bottle under my preteen’s nose in the morning to wake him up, my daughter when she gets stuffy before bed, and my other son when he wakes up and needs some sinus support. I rub on their tummies with some carrier when they need digestive support. I use on my occasional headaches (back of neck and temples (watch your eyes 😁) and sometimes pushed to roof of my mouth. I’ve put it in my coffee and brownies for flavoring…a drop goes a long way. I’ve put it in the diffuser for a little energy. It is part of the weight loss trio. I use it as part of the seasonal sniffle trio on the back of my son’s neck. A drop in the bottom of the shower can open up your sinuses and is also good if you’ve had a few too many drinks the night before 😳. Also a drop in your hand, cup over your face and breathe deeply gets rid of nausea. I’ve put on my kids before tests or when they are studying. It can dry up your milk if you are nursing though, so be careful. So go and throw a diluted drop on the back of your neck for a little energy today!
